    Great staff, great location. The classes are amazing - they have such a great group of instructors. Could do with some more Yoga/ Bodyflow classes.

    I like this location because it's close to home. It's not overly busy during day time hours, crowded at night. Although it's been less busy since the new location opened on Major MacKenzie and 400.

    They are slow to repair items here. For what the fees are, the TV system should not be down for 2 weeks.

    3- most users don't wipe the machines after use, nor they return used weight/equipment to their spots it is not enforced by the gym.

    4-not like modern Gyms, this gym doesn't offer wet wipes to wipe the machines , they offer dry tissue towels and a spray sanitizer .
